4340 forged crank and H-beam rods, and Extreme X or Extreme XR pistons this is
the foundation for record-setting performance.
Upgrade your DSS
shortblock to a longblock with your choice of cylinder heads below, ARP head
bolts (and DSS reducer bushings if required), Fel-Pro graphite headgaskets,
a Ford Racing or Trick Flow hydraulic roller camshaft with a Progear
double-roller timing chain, hydraulic roller lifters and retaining hardware
(351W-based engines require link-bar lifter upgrade), and DSS aluminum
roller rockers and 1-piece hardened pushrods.
