Level 10 CNC prepped 5.4 Modular Ford production block. Over 35 blueprinting operations. Dyno proven to produce 40+HP over a standard prepped production block. Thermally cleaned, shot peened, magnafluxed, mains checked for alignment, deck squared and equalized, bored, torque plate honed for max ring seal, and freeze plugs installed. The block is given a covering of gloss black engine enamel.
